Yes, we offer custom orders for clients who are looking for personalised pieces. Contact us to discuss your ideas and we will work with you to create a unique ceramic piece.
We take great care with packaging and shipping our ceramics to you as safely as
possible.
Pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a box and surrounded by special package fillers for protection during transit.
In the unfortunate event where your piece/s are damaged in transit, please contact
us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods with a photo of your order and its packaging and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
The time it takes to complete a custom order depends on the complexity of the design and the number of pieces requested.
We will provide you with an estimated timeline after discussing your order with you.
Standard Domestic Shipping
We offer a shipping rate within Australia depending on the weight of your order. We use Australia Post to ship your order. This shipping option takes approximately 2-8 business days for your order to arrive.
Express Domestic Shipping
If you are needing your beautiful items in a hurry, we offer express shipping within Australia using Australia Post. The shipping rate will depend on the weight of your order And is calculated for you at checkout. This shipping option takes approximately 1-4 business days to be delivered.
International Shipping
We are looking to offer international shipping by June 2024.
Due to the value of our items and that they are hand made making each piece unique, we may send your package with Australian Registered Post.
How much will my shipping be?
Our system will calculate your shipping costs at the checkout stage, once you have entered the delivery address. Please double check the delivery address entered in your order is correct to obtain the correct shipping costs.
Please choose carefully. A refund will only be provided if your pieces have been damaged in transit or are faulty. If this is the case, please email us at ripplerockceramics@gmail.com including a photo showing the damaged item/s purchased with the original packaging within 24 hrs of receipt. We will provide you with a prompt refund or replacement depending on your preference after reviewing the photo and message.
A refund will not be provided for a change of mind.
